Inventa is one point of sale. Essentials, Advanced, Complete, and Custom are packages of that same software. A location does not buy a different product when it moves up.
The monthly prices
- Essentials is $89 per location each month. Checkout, inventory, basic WhatsApp and email CRM, basic reports, email support, and a daily backup.
- Advanced is $149. Everything in Essentials, plus regions, warehouses, full HR, and full CRM, including the WhatsApp Business API. Prime support is by email and on call.
- Complete is $199. Everything in Advanced, plus custom workflows, data migration, the scheduler hub, fingerprint attendance, 24×7 designated support, and a real-time backup.
- Custom is quoted. It is Complete, scoped to the locations and the work.
Users are unlimited on every plan. API integration is a one-time cost, separate from the monthly price. Uptime is 99.9% on every plan.
HR, scheduling, and leave are not on Essentials. They start on Advanced.
