The POS already runs checkout, stock, customers, and staff. API work joins payments, mall sales reporting, and a move off a previous system. The price is a one-time cost, based on the workflow.
These are integrations already in Inventa. A new workflow is quoted before it is built.
Card and online payments can be connected for the location, including PayTabs and Stripe. The sale still lands in the same POS, with the same receipt, stock, and staff share.
Daily and monthly tenant sales can be sent to the mall. Inventa already posts for Emaar and Egoal, using the mall’s sales endpoint and the store’s mall code.
A location can leave a previous system without retyping history. The MasterPOS import connects, maps locations, and brings across products, customers, staff, and sales. Complete includes migration. Custom scopes a different source.
Advanced and Complete use the WhatsApp Business API for OTP, campaigns, and customer messages. Essentials includes basic WhatsApp and email CRM.
Selected events can call a URL you provide, so another system hears about the same sale or record without a second entry.
If the mall, the bank, or the old system is different, that is a Custom scope. We quote the connection once, then it runs with the location.
How it is priced
Essentials, Advanced, and Complete include API integration as a one-time cost. The monthly price stays per location. The one-time amount depends on the workflow and the scope of work.
