Inventa Mobile is the companion app for Inventa POS. It does not open a new store. A manager or a staff member signs in with the email and password their organization already issued, and the phone opens that workspace.
What the phone is for
From the app, people can see live sales, clock in and out, check a schedule, approve or reject a sale, and follow a product transfer. Messages, announcements, and notifications are there too. Customers are available when the plan includes CRM.
What a person sees still depends on their role and on the plan. Essentials does not include HR. Advanced and Complete do. Complete also includes the scheduler hub and fingerprint attendance on the full system.
Where to download it
iPhone: Inventa Mobile on the App Store. The download is free and needs iOS 15.1 or later. The POS plan is still billed per location.
Android: the Google Play listing is under review. The app page will link it when the store publishes it.
Face ID or Touch ID is optional, and only after the first password login. Biometrics stay on the phone.
